Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Reelaxed on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the game's source, art, or data, except where the law expressly allows it.
In-app purchase (Remove Ads)
Reelaxed is free to play. It offers a single optional purchase — Remove Ads, a one-time non-consumable that turns off banner and interstitial ads. The price for your region is shown in the store at checkout. Optional rewarded videos remain available if you choose them.
- All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- The purchase is tied to your Apple/Google account. You can Restore Purchases on a new device from the Settings screen at no extra charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under Apple's and Google's refund policies, not by us.
Advertising
Unless you own Remove Ads, the free app shows ads via Google AdMob. We aim to keep them respectful — never mid-cast, capped in frequency, with rewarded videos always opt-in. Ads are provided by third parties and their content is not ours; see our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
Acceptable use
Please don't cheat other players' experience, tamper with purchases or ads, use the app for anything unlawful, or interfere with its normal operation. There are no online accounts, chat, or user-generated content in Reelaxed, so there is nothing to moderate — just enjoy fishing.
Intellectual property
Reelaxed and its name, art, sounds, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Playing the game gives you no ownership of it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cloud backup will always succeed (it's best-effort and offline-first).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination
You may stop using Reelaxed at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or features, with or without notice, for example if a store removes it or a third-party service ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts — this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
App store terms
Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Where a store's rules conflict with these terms for a store-specific matter (e.g. billing), the store's rules apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
